I’m drawn to work where the scope matters and the outcome can change a product, a team, or the business. I bring technical, product, and business judgment together to find practical paths forward.
I lead in a low-ego, team-first way. I value direct feedback from all directions and build teams that are both inclusive and direct.
I expect people to move ambiguous problems forward with ownership. Different moments call for different kinds of leadership, but what always scales is clarity: understand the problem, weigh the tradeoffs, make a recommendation, and drive the next steps.
I’m also a maximizer by nature, energized by improving good work, spotting gaps others miss, and making strong teams stronger.
